What fabric is good for yoga clothes

At present, viscose fabrics are the most common yoga clothing on the market, because its price and comfort are the best ratio. Of course, the fabric made of bamboo fiber is indeed good, but it is a little expensive, because it is a pure natural environmentally friendly product. Given that we only wear it when practicing yoga, if it can meet our various requirements when practicing yoga, I think it is a pretty good yoga wear. In terms of cost performance, I personally feel that the viscose material is quite comfortable. Yes, and the price is moderate, about one or two hundred.

Yoga sports will wick a lot of sweat, which is the key to our choice of yoga to detoxify and reduce fat. Choosing fabrics with good sweat wicking properties can help sweat drain and protect the skin from the toxic substances contained in sweat; fabrics with good breathability will prevent the clothes from sticking to the skin when sweat is drained, reducing discomfort.

Comparison of common fabrics for yoga clothes

Generally, yoga clothes are made of pure cotton, cotton, linen, nylon, and polyester fabrics:

Pure cotton, such as Peel, Yuanyang, etc., are cheap and easy to pilling.

Cotton and linen, such as Hada, Kang Suya, etc., are low cost-effective, and they are too easy to wrinkle after wearing them once.

Polyester, such as Lu Yifan, is a swimsuit-like fabric. It is light and thin, not close to the body, and very cool, but it does not absorb sweat and does not permeate. When it is hot, it is easy to feel body odor.

Nylon fabrics are generally 87% nylon and 13% spandex, such as Eucalyptus, FLYOGA yoga clothes, etc. This kind of fabric is good for absorbing sweat, wicking perspiration, shaping, not balling, and does not deform.

Which fabric is comfortable for yoga clothes

Yoga exercise is a kind of self-cultivation exercise with strong elasticity. It pays attention to the unity of nature and man. Therefore, you can't casually use yoga clothes. If you choose clothes with bad fabrics, you may tear, deform, and lose light when doing stretching exercises. And so on, this is not only not conducive to practicing yoga, but also affects one's mood. Therefore, yoga students must pay attention to what fabrics are used for yoga.

At present, the best sportswear, the most comfortable is Lycra. The difference between Lycra and traditional elastic fibers is that it can stretch up to 500% and can be restored to its original shape. In other words, this kind of fiber can be stretched very easily, but it can be close to the surface of the human body after recovery, and the restraining force on the human body is very small. Lycra fiber can be used with any fabric, including wool, hemp, silk and cotton, to increase the close-fitting, elasticity, and loose nature of the fabric, making it more flexible when moving. What's more, Lycra is different from most spandex yarns. It has a special chemical structure, and it won't grow mold in a humid and heat sealed space after being wet.

How to maintain yoga clothes

About washing:

Newly purchased yoga clothes must be gently washed off with water and dried before being worn. After the water has passed, you do not need to use detergents such as washing powder for the first time. Be careful not to wear unwashed yoga clothes directly. High temperature yoga, a lot of sweat, will decompose the fixative in the clothes, causing the clothes to fade, and when practicing yoga, the pores open can easily cause the color of the clothes to invade the skin. For daily cleaning, hand-washing in cold water is the best, and the maximum water temperature should not exceed 30 degrees Celsius. After a lot of sweating, please wash and dry as soon as possible or keep it well ventilated.

About ironing:

Yoga clothes can be used for ironing, the temperature should be controlled well, and thin cotton cloth should be used as a lining for ironing.

About deposit:

When you are not wearing yoga clothes, it is best to hang them on a hanger or lay them flat, but they should be placed on top of other clothes to avoid squashing and wrinkling them and affecting their appearance.
