How to distinguish the front and back of the fabric?

Generally, the texture on the front is clear and smooth, and the color is bright. On the contrary, the texture is dull and rough. It is difficult to distinguish the front and back of double-sided fabrics. It depends on the pinholes of the selvedge. The convex pinholes are the front, and the concave is the reverse.
