Customized Sculpted 3D Floral Embroidery on Airy Cotton Tulle with Eyelet Punchwork and Wavy Scalloped Selvedges

This fabric is built on a soft, breathable 100% cotton tulle ground that feels comfortable against the skin, and it carries two embroidery techniques in the same cloth. Small floral motifs are worked in raised 3D embroidery, so each petal sits proud of the surface with 3D embroidery effect; larger floral shapes are opened with eyelet process, cutting clean circular apertures straight through the embroidered ground. The two techniques sit side by side across the fabric, so light passes through the sheer cotton while the embroidered flowers stay solid and dimensional. The result is a genuine layered surface — matte cotton mesh, raised thread, and open holes reading at three different depths — rather than a flat printed effect, and the texture changes as the cloth folds and drapes.

Both selvedges are finished with a continuous wavy scalloped border worked in the same embroidery thread, with eyelet apertures following the scallop. A hem, sleeve opening or neckline can be cut along the scallop and left without further finishing, which keeps the edge light and gives a lace-like, hand-finished look. With a usable width of 50/51 inches and a weight of 145 g/m², the cotton tulle remains airy and semi-sheer while holding enough body for structured skirts, fitted bodices and layered panels.
