If products have some quality problem, how would you deal with?
Normally, we have strict inspection system, we use the normal international standard-American Standard 4-Point, we will confirm with you about your inspection requirements before you place the order to us. Once we promise the quality with you, we will keep our promise, if our quality is totally out of your quality requirements, we will redo it. But if the goods reach your warehouse and you find the unacceptable quality problem, you have to first send the defects sample for our reference. And if it is confirmed by us, we will take the lost which the defects fabric bring. We can send you the quality guarantee before shipping the goods.
What kind of certificate you have ?
Our factory have GOTS certificate, GRS certificate, Oeko-Tex Strandard 100 certificate.
Do you accept OEM business?
Yes, we are OEM supplier.Whatever print pattern, jacquard pattern or embroidery pattern, we can also make custom patterns.
What's the delivery time ?
1) Normally, if you confirm our pattern and quality, and we have available greige the delivery time is 20-25 days after receipt the deposit.
2)If we do custom pattern, and we have to special weave the greige, the delivery time would be 45-60 days after receipt the deposit.

Do I need to pay deposit when contract is done?
Yes, 30% deposit within 3 working days is required. Our delivery time is based on the date that your deposit is already on our account.
How long does it take to make a sample?
Normally, it takes 3-5 days to make it.
Can we get a sample for reference?
Yes, fabric hanger sample or swatch sample will be free but the express freight will be collected.
